Location was spot on
Allocated very small basement room. Only one (flimsy) pillow each and by the time we realised there was only the emergency number to call. Need 2 pillows each as a standard. No hooks in the very small bathroom for towels
I liked the location and cleanliness.
I did not like the way how breakfast was served, you get one plate with one toast and one croissant delivered to your room, but we had no place where to eat it, so we have to sit on the bed - very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The room was clean but dark and small and we did not get new supplements.
the rooms are better equipped and designed than sheraton hotels
Clean room, newly built bathroom very nice.
Actually, everything was fine! The room was nice (I#d even say big for accomodation in London), the area was absolutely fantastic and I would definetly recommend it. You've got a lot of shopping facilities and restaurants around, the kitchenette is sufficient to prepare some easy meals. The breakfast is very basic, but enough to get you started anyways. You can come and go whenever you like, if you're missing something, just tell the staff, they'll sort it out. Would stay there again!!!
The room was very smart and modern. It was well appointed. The location was excellent as it was in a quiet road, but near one that was full of shops and restaurants and had a tube station.
Considering that breakfast was only served in your room we only had one knife and two teaspoons. More cutlery should have been available. The telephone kept ringing once, but there was nobody there when we answered. It woke us up during the first night. I mentioned it at reception and they said to leave it off the hook. This worked, but the problem needs to be sorted out. We only had one pillow each. Perhaps another could have been put in the wardrobe.
The apartment was small but clean and perfect for my short stay.
The room is modern and fairly clean - the location of the hotel is great for its closeness to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations.
The room was not a bad size however if you were there for any length of time it might become cramped. There were definite signs of mice in the property mainly the noise of them scurrying in between the floorboards. The pillows were extremely thin and there were no spare ones in the room. The bed was of a great size however the duvet was paperthin and nowhere near big enough for the bed - it barely reached each side!!!!
Excellent locatin and great transport links tube / night buses etc.
Just be aware that not all rooms have a kitchenette. I thought I had one but I had booked a double as opposed to a studio and I thought all rooms had kitchenetts facilities.
The location is very very good. 200 metres from bayswater tube station, very close to notting hill. Wifi was working fine.
First, it's a hotel, not an apartment. The breakfast is poor the room are really poorly decorated, seems more a hot district room then an apartment for a city break. The price is ridiculous for the value and there around there are better options. Communication with the staff was quite difficult and the general cleanliness was poor. Forgot to add, no lift, so if you are so unlucky to be at the 3rd or 4th floor, get ready to do some gym ;) AVOID!!!!!
Very clean, modern and very private.
The internet was switch off the first day and I am still waiting for the invoice.
The location of the hotel was ideal for the hyde park area & the tube was easily accessible.
The room was in the basement & let very little natural light in.
The location was great for the concert we were attending at Hyde Park, around the corner from tube station, bus stop at the top of the road. Plenty of convenience shops and places to eat. Very comfortable room with all you could need, we asked to change from the basement and the member of staff was happy to accomodate this request. We were on the 4th floor which was great as no-one disturbed us going past our door. Great nights sleep, would definately stay again.
Nice location close to public transport, decent room furnishing
Room was too small, some staff member's English was poor
The room was very clean and the appointments were new. I was very happy to have a hair dryer and the bed was very comfortable.
I would have liked to be informed that there was no lift and no one to help me with my bags on the stairs. There is no front desk assistance after dinner time or through the night should something go wrong.
